سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع
- يحق للعميل استرجاع العطر أو استبداله خلال 3 أيام وذلك بشرط عدم فتح المنتج وأن يكون بحالته الأصليه ويتحمل العميل تكلفة ذلك
- The customer has the right to return or exchange the perfume within 3 days, provided that the product is not opened and that it is in its original condition, and the customer bears the cost of that.
